MAX MOORE
Owner
Experienced, trustworthy, fun. These are just a few of the ways employees describe this owner. Max Moore is not only the business owner to Southwestern A-1 Pest Control, Inc., but he also owns several other businesses.
Max has been married to the love of his life, Kay, since 1963, raising 2 children, watching grand children and great-grandchildren grow up. Max and his bride are both well known within the community.
Christina Vera
Office Manager
Christina Vera is our new office manager. She is currently managing several businesses under ownership under Max Moore. We're thankful for the time and skills she brings to the forefront in helping out business grow and evolve
Christina is a wonderful wife and mother to two amazing children. She is currently working on the side perfecting her photography skills.
Kellie Hungerford
Administrative Assistant
Meet our newest team member, Kellie Hungerford! She has taken on the role as the administrative assistant and is a true asset to Southwestern A-1 Pest Control, Inc.
She is typically one of the first smiling faces you see when you come in to our office.
Kellie is a wonderful mother to Emmitt and a bonus mom to Coby & Owen. In her down time, she spends time with her husband, Richard and children.
We cannot wait for you to meet her!
CHUCK BRONAUGH
Certified Applicator
Chuck has been with Southwestern A-1 Pest Control, Inc. since 2004. He is one of our most dedicated employees as he is the first to arrive and likely one of the last to leave. Many of our tenured clients have grown to request Chuck as technicians for their service. We value Chuck and his dedication to this company and hope to continue having his hard work ethics passed down to our younger techs.
His downtime hours are spent working on his home and with his wife.
ETHAN PEARSON
Certified Applicator
Ethan is a wonderful asset to our company since his original start date in 2016. After a very short stint away from the company, he returned and has continued to work hard and dedicate his time performing his daily duties. Many of our clients absolute love his demeanor and explanations of the work he will be performing for them should they have questions.
All while continuing to work hard for the company, he devotes the downtime hours with his wife and twin daughters.
MICHAEL PETERSON
Commercial Technician
Our newest (and youngest) technician began with Southwestern in 2020. He has become a knowledgable and wonderful addition to our company and we are excited to see him continue to excel and expand the knowledge.
Michael spends his free time with his wife and children.
JOHNNY TURMAN
Maintenance
Johnny has been with Southwestern off and on for several years. He is primarily our maintenance/carpenter and does a lot of his work within not only our parent company, but also the smaller real estate businesses owned by Max Moore. Johnny is a wonderful addition to this company and helps keep the other side of the business functioning.
